Description

This is a symopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 for maintenance of overhead doors at various buildings at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43218-3990. A minimum of five (5) years experience in performing work similar to that in the solicitation is required. At a minimum, all work performed under this contract shall be warranted for both labor and materials for a period of one year. A one year contract with four potential one-year option periods is being contemplated. FOB point shall be destination. Issue date is February 1, 2006. Offers are due by 1:00 PM EST, 27 Feb 06.
