- Anticipated Issue Date: 1/17/2006. The Defense Commissary Agency requests quotations to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, transportation and other items necessary to perform copier repairs as needed on Toshiba Brand Copiers at the following locations: Wright Patterson AFB Commissary, OH; US Air Force Academy Commissary, CO; Quantico Commissary, VA; and Fort Belvoir Commissary, VA. This RFQ will be released on or about January 17, 2006. This RFQ will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
