Description: The Naval Air Systems Command expects to issue a firm fixed price modification to Norhtrop Grumman Systems Corporation, San Diego, CA under contract N00019-05-C-0040 for sixty (60) BQM-74E Aerial Target Air Launch Kits. Northrop Grumman is the designer, developer and sole producer of the BQM-74E Aerial Target and is the only known firm with the technical expertise and access to proprietary data necessary to produce the Air Launch Kits in the time frame required.
