The solicitation will be available at http://ideacsec.nbc.gov website on about 01/20/06. "TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED" The contractor will do a complete installation of four inch in diameter conduits for the connection at each end to " PVC schedule 40 electrical conduit, approximately seventy two inches below grade and under existing pavement and an existing structure. The path under the existing structure is approximately forty lineal feet . It is anticipated the total length of all runs will be eleven hundred ten feet (1,110). The estimated cost of the project is between $25,000 & $100,000. The Davis Bacon wage rate will be used. A site visit is scheduled for February 7, 2006, 10 a.m. at Assateague National Seashore, Berlin, MD. Meet at the Visitor Center and ask for Keith or Barbara.
