Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center, Ft Leavenworth, KS intends to award a contract for commercial items to produce an Information Operations newsletter. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to produce a quarterly newsletter with the contractor pro viding formatting, editorial and graphic support to the US Army Information Operations Proponent Office (USAIOP). The newsletter will include text, diagrams, drawings, and photos. The newsletter will contain approximately 25-30 pages per edition. The go vernment will provide content information, printing and distribution. This is a total small business set aside. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R699. The NAICS for this solicitation is 561410 with a size standard of $6.5M. The government anticipates an award of a firm fixed price contract with fixed labor rates. The period of performance will be one year with a one-year option. A copy of this solicitation, W91QF4-06-T-0006, will be issued on or about January 24, 2006. Quotes will be required on or ab out February 10, 2006. All vendors must be registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR) prior to award.
