Description: The United Ststes Government is seeking to lease space up to 49,309 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (43,921 BOMA Usable Square Feet) of office and related space for new requirements and existing leases for potential replacement for a Five (5) year firm term. The Government will relocate from expiring leases if consideration of the economics involved and the other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on tentant agency's mission and other variables to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision.
