Description: The Government intends to award a sole source contract to ACR Electronics Inc., 5757 Ravenswood Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, four hundred (400) Terrafix 406 GPS I/O without a serial connector GPS interface data cable Personal Locator Beacons on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 5.2(b)(1)(i). The personal locator beacons are the only devices that are compatible with exsisting equipment. ACR Electronics Inc. is the sole manufacturer and has proprietary rights of these units. This is not a request for proposal. Please submit comments by 10:00 am MDT 18 January 2006 (See Note 22).
