Description
This procurement is for Security Access Escort and Burn Bag services to be performed at the White House Complex, Washington, DC. This is a Request for Information (RFI) Only. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The Government is not obligated nor will it pay for any information received from any potential sources as a result of this synopsis. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the services of Security Access Escorts and Burn Bag Escorts for various buildings on the White House Complex. ALL supervisors and escorts MUST obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET CLEARANCE and be subject to the United States Secret Service (USSS) security clearance process. Security Access Escort services will be provided as needed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security Access Escorts control the movement of non-pass holder personnel within or around the perimeter of the Complex and are responsible for monitoring the actions of all contractor personnel and visitors assigned to him/her at all times while on the White House Complex grounds. This includes escorting non-pass holder personnel to various locations around the Complex (offices, hallways, garages, mechanical rooms, open-air construction sites, etc.) on a year-round basis. Security Access Escorts may be exposed to varying temperatures, lighting conditions, etc., during a normal tour of duty. Burn Bag Escorts are required to pick up burn bags from various locations around the Complex and transport them to pre-determined locations for destruction. The NAICS Code is 562612. The Small Business Size Standard is $10.5 Million. Interested Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned firms should submit qualifications and references to the Contracting Officer VIA EMAIL by January 24, 2006.
