- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire Visual Information Services (Photography and Drafting) through a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the Naval Submarine Support Facility, Groton, CT. The successful offeror will furnish all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Visual Information Services. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 April 2006 through 30 September 2006, with three (3) 12-month option periods for a total of 42 months. The full solicitation and all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil. The NAISC is 541921 and the Small Business Standard is $6 million.
