Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intend to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission. This procurement is for Support Services (clerical, custodial and administrative support, including use of copier, etc). A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within its discretion. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the facsimile number stated herein, Attn: Frances Brown. Responses to this notice must be received by January 23, 2006. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission. Please include your name, point of contact address area code and telephone number facsimile number.
