PRON: AX6C9029AX, NSN: 5998-01-171-2760, PN: 13074244, QUANTITY: 47 Each, applicable to the TADS/PNVS, with deliveries to Orlando, FL 32819-0000. This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corp., Cage Code 04939, because this part requires engineer ing source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approve d source(s). Production Lead-time is 47 each due 218 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. Th e closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitatio n must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, wh ich shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
