Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Alatec, Inc., 2317 Meridian Street, Suite 81, Huntsville, AL 35811 for engineering services for an ongoing development of the Strategic and Workflow Planning in support of TRAC-WSMR. Alatec worked for 5 months in various areas within CONUS on a previous contract during the inception and development phases of the Strategic and Workflow Planning process. Alatec is the only known company with the acquired knowledge and understanding to provide continuity of the services required to complete the development of the organizational strategic plan. See Note 22 (any proposals must be received via email at jojolaja@us.army.mil, no later than 12:00 PM, Noon, MST, 17 January 2006).
