Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) has a requirement for ISS Real Secure Server Sensor Site Licenses and Maintenance Services for a period of twelve months. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007. The clauses 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items", the clause 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items" are included. Evaluation will be based on lowest price. Quotes are due on January 20, 2006 at 4:00 P.M (EST). LATE Proposals will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, NW, Suite 2400, Facilities, Acquisitions and Support Services, Washington, DC 20530, Attn: Patricia Willett. You may fax your quote to (202) 616-6651, vendors shall ensure that faxed quotes are LEGIBLE ( min. 12pt font). All quotes shall reference: RFQ-EOA02-6-0121 on the front of the package/page. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25.
