The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. The offered space also must have the ability for buildout of at least nine (9), 100-160 sq/ft offices each with a window. Additionally, one (1) reserved parking space is required. Anticipated occupancy will be July 2006. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: Philadelphia, PA as outlined below: NORTH ?
