Description: The VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor and materials necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repair service on two (2) PHACOEMULSIFICATION 20K LEGACY UNITS located at the VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina 28144. The VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement with a business size of $6 million. Contract base period will be February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007 with four (4) 12-month renewable option periods. Solicitation documents will be available on or about January 11, 2006 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
