Multi-NSN (10) solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract; PR No: TH052690040000; Unrestricted, Full & Open Competition; NSN's: 6135-01-448-4680, 6135-01-447-5083, 6135-01-447-5081, 6135-01-447-5082, 6135-01-441-0402, 6135-01-440-7774, 6135-01-216-9771, 6135-01-447-4001, 6135-01-439-6229, 6135-01-438-9450; specification for all batteries unless otherwise noted: Battery, Nonrechargeable; Lithium Sulfor Dioxide; applicable tests and/or reports: First Article Test Plan, Safety Assessment Report Test Plan, Independent Government Production Test, Contractor First Article Test, MSDS; Surge is a requirement for a limited number of NSN's - see solicitation for demand schedule, quantity, and pricing requirements; an 'unrestricted technical data pacakge' exists for all NSN's; this purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm, Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contractfor a base year, plus four option years; the Government reserves the right to issue more than one award under this solicitation if deemed appropriate - see solicitation for additional details; origin inspection I/A/W QAP004; FOB Origin; electronic offers are not acceptable - all offerors must submit a completed solicitation package, including any and all applicable documentation - failure to submit required documentation and/or pricing will be considered non-responsive and may result in the rejection of an offer; see solicitation for estimated quantities; a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
