Description: The National Gallery of Art (NGA) intends to solicit contractors for a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to maintain a set of approximately 23 specialty doors on-site at the Gallery. The contract will include a base period and four option periods with an estimated value of at least $100,000.00 over the 5-year period. A rough draft of the Statement of Work for the contract is attached. The RFP for this contract will be issued within the next 2 weeks. Contractors should have significant experience working on sites with tight restrictions on working hours and strict rules about the neatness of working spaces.
