- The Government requires the following: A Firm, Fixed Price Supply type contract for (16) Shore Power Jumper Cable Assemblies. Each assembly consists of: (1) Cable, 225 foot, Government Designation Part Number: THOF-500, in accordance with MIL-DTL-915. Manufacturer must be on QPL-915-68 or current revision as of as of closing date of solicitation. (2) Connector, Submarine, molded, Female straight, Government Designation Part Number: M34368/5, in accordance with MIL-C-24368. Manufacturer must be on QPL-24368-23 or current revision as of as of closing date of solicitation. Each female contact will be certified to meet Contact tightness check . (3) Connector, Pier-side, potted, Government Designation Part Number: M243568/1-002, in accordance with MIL-C-24368. Manufacturer must be on QPL-24368-23 or current revision as of as of closing date of solicitation. Required Delivery Date is 60 days after Date of Contract (ADC). FOB Destination to Silverdale, WA. This requirement to be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, non-commercial item, under FAR Part 15. Award under this procurement will be made to the technically acceptable offer, which provides the Best Value to the Government, Past Performance and Price considered. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) Complete and Fill in the solicitation, including pricing section, ?fill-in? paragraphs, and all representations and certifications, and (2) Provide Technical and Past Performance Information as requested.
