- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) High Resolution Collimator Model 13160 (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. due to unique capability of allowing for calibration of the blackbody head separate from the controller and being a direct replacement system. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatice hardship to the program.
