Description
Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Rebuild Oswego East Breakwater Light (LLNR 2075) for the US Coast Guard Aid-to-Navigation Team (ANT) Buffalo, Buffalo, NY. Demolish, remove and dispose of the existing concrete foundation in its entirety. Reposition breakwater stones as necessary to construct the new foundation.Place and install W6X25 piles in the layout shown. Move/drill breakwater stones as necessary to place piles. Inject grout around W-piles to secure to breakwater stones. W-piles shall be drilled and attached to reinforcing steel cage as shown. Construct and place formwork on the breakwater stones. Grout gaps in breakwater stones to provide a level surface for formwork. Cut, bend and assemble reinforcing steel within the formwork. Tower anchor bolts shall be preset in the reinforcing steel lattice. Anchor bolts shall be kept in alignment with wooden templates secured to the bolts Pour concrete to form foundation and consolidate/vibrate concrete within the forms. Upon curing of concrete, place breakwater stones around base of the foundation as shown.Fabricate the new Navigational Aid (NAVAID) pole.with base plate modification.All metal fabrication, cutting, and welding shall be included. Cutting and fitting of fiberglass grating shall also be included.Erect the NAVAID pole as shown. Secure the base plate to anchor bolts using leveling nuts and grout.Coordinate the relocation of aids to navigate equipment with ANT Buffalo. Period of Performance is 60 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is a Total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238190 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5M.
