- This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. For the rental of the following commercial item: a 60ft. ManLift JLG, 600 S with 8ft. basket, on board power and air, 4x4, striaght boom. Rental will be from February 01, 2006 to February 01, 2007. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20041215. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 532412, Size Standard: $6,000,000.00, applies to this procurement. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
