To define Evaluation Factor 5, A-E LOCATION: The prime firm and all sub consultants must be located in a geographical area within 125 miles of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts of Washington DC. 2. To add a one time site tour of the facility is planned at 8:30am to 9:45am on Tuesday, January 10, 2006. It is request that all interested firms meet at 8:30 at the John F. Kennedy Center entrance of the Hall of States.
