Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement number FM4427-5229-0637/0641, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06 and Defense DCN 20051209. The solicitation/acquisition listed here is open market (or as applicable). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7025 The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. The North American Industry Classification System is 423430 and the associated business size standard is 500 Employees . This request for quotation consists of the following items or their equals and need to be received by the end user NLT 09 Feb 06, for 0637: Item 0001: 1 each VCP millennium cassette printer; Item 0002: 1 each plastic keyboard protector; Item 0003: 1 each:cassette/slide printer ribbon; Item 0004: 2 each operators manuals; Item 0005: 1 each freight charges.
