Description

Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Terra Go Technologies, 155 Woolco Drive, Marietta, GA 30062. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition P rocedures (SAP)  only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Terra Go Technologies is the only provider of MAP2PDF for ArcGIS and MAP2PDF for Acrobat software. The government intends to acquire a comme rcial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 15:30 hrs Central Time Zone on 9-Jan-2006. Such capabilities/qualificati ons will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
