Description

Grand Teton plans to issue a Performance Based Service Contract for the provision of on-site end user support for approximately 200 empoyees. Services are to be offered for at least 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. The point of service is Grand Teton National Park in Jackson Hole (northwestern) Wyoming. Teton County has the highest cost of loving in Wyoming, and the selected firm must be able to provide on-site personnel who are aware of the living costs and the difficulty of living in remote, environmentally challenging conditions. Office space will be provided in support of the services, but all transportation costs are to be borne by the prospective contractor. Services to be provided shall include familiarity and ability to assist with Windows 2000, Widows XP, Micorsoft Office applications and general day to day computer questions. NPS programs include Backcountry Permits, Law Enforcement Information Systems, Windows Terminal Services, Procurement Desktop, Lotus Notes and other commonly used applications. Work also includes managing computer inventories, moving of computer work stations and listing and de-listing of Lotus Notes and CISCO IP phone users. This procurement has been set-aside as a Very Small Business Set-aside, and only firms qualifying will be considered. It is the intent of the Government to issue a one year contract with 4 subsequent option years. This procurement is also be issued as a "Best Value" Procurement and award may be made to other than the firm offering the lowest price.
