Description

The Fort Myer Military Community, Ft Myer, Virginia has a requirement to damp water proof the basement walls of housing Quarters, 426A&B, 428A and 431A&B. This will include interior and exterior work in accordance with the solicitation Statement of Work. A site visit is required and will be held on 04 Jan 2005 at 10:00 am EST. All contractors shall be searched at the gates, so make sure you allow enough time to be at the designated meeting area by 10:00 am. All interested parties shall meet outsi de the Officers Club on Ft Myer at 10:00 am and be met by the Contract Specialist and the Government Quality Assurance person. We will then proceed to the site. This requirement is being set aside as a 100 percent Set-aside Small Business/Service Disable d Veteran Owned procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z169 and the NAICS Code is 561790.
