- Description
- The Department of State requires an emergency medical unit at a construction site in the Baghdad International Zone. The purpose of this notice is to identify firms willing and capable of providing such services, it is not an active requirement and a request for proposal may or may not be issued. The service is to provide emergency trauma service to keep seriously injured personnel alive for hospital transport and to provide the equivelent of an American walk in clinic (Medicine for minor ailments, sutures, immunizations, etc). DoS is particularly interested in mobile self contained units that could be transported to the location or other innovative ways of providing this service. However, a trailer or other space may be available. Please provide you business status (small, large, 8(a), HUBZone, etc) with your brief description of services and experience to the contracting officer listed on this notice. Do not send a full proposal, just your capability statement. Only email or overnight courier submittals will be considered. Do not call the Contracting Officer by phone. Phone calls will not be answered.
