Any item that can be supplied by two or more responsive, responsible small businesses will be set aside totally as a small business set-aside. The delivery for all items shall be within 30 days from the purchase order date. All items shall be shipped FOB Destination with shipping and handling charges included in the total price. All items will be shipped to USUHS Bethesda, Maryland. The full text of clauses may be accessed electronically at this address: http://www.arnet.gov/FAR. The following most recent version as of the issue date of this solicitation of FAR clauses applies to this requirement: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. Each contractor shall submit an offer with the following information: Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN); Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS); and business size. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to contract award. Contractors may register in the CCR on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by USUHS.
