- The Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) Division of Homeland Security intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a contract with ACE Parking Management Inc., 645 Ash Street, San Diego, CA 92101-9493 for the lease of forty-five (45) parking spaces for a period of up to twelve (12) months under the authority of FAR 6.302. The anticipated date for contract award is December 30, 2005. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation reference number is VSD0600016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This RFQ and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-06. (iv) This solicitation is unrestricted as to business size. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930 (v) The ICE, Office of Investigations (OI) has a need for forty-five (45) leased parking spaces as follows: CLIN 0001 ? The Contractor shall provide thirty (30) parking spaces at 614 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92101 for up to twelve (12) months. QTY: _12_ UNIT OF ISSUE: _MO_ UNIT PRICE: $_______ TOTAL: $________ CLIN 0002 ? The Contractor shall provide fifteen (15) parking spaces at 450 Second Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101 for up to twelve (12) months. QTY: _12_ UNIT OF ISSUE: _MO_ UNIT PRICE: $_______ TOTAL: $________ (vi) Thirty (30) parking spaces at 614 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92101 and fifteen (15) parking spaces at 450 Second Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101 for up to twelve (12) months. (vii) Period of Performance twelve (12) months. Place of delivery and acceptance ? Parking Lot location referenced in CLIN descriptions. FOB Destination. The Contractor shall propose a firm fixed price. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. No addenda to this provision has been included. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items is not applicable to this solicitation. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items with your offer. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda to this provision has been included. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable: FAR 52.203-6; FAR 52.219-6; FAR 52.219-8; FAR 52.222-21; FAR 52.222-26; FAR 52.222-35; FAR 52.222-36; FAR 52.232-33, and FAR 52.232-36. (xiii) The clause at FAR 52.211-18 also applies to this acquisition. (xiv) the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply. (xv) Numbered note 22 applies.
