Description

The government is seeking businesses having the ability to provide hardware and software maintenance for two (2) Bowe, Bell & Howell JetVision Gold mail processing machines. This requirement involves maintaining existing equipment without voiding any existing warranties and/or violating the use of proprietary information including system schematics, machine drawings and software. Firms shall provide a written notice containing a description of how they would provide this service. Notices shall contain a point of contact with phone number. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if a competitive opportunity exists. This notice represents the Government's only official notice of this procurement action. The Government intends to award a sole-source maintenance renewal contract to Bowe, Bell & Howell. All sources responding shall submit information relating to their business status for NAICS 423420. A firm is considered small if its size standard does not exceed 500 employees. Interested parties must respond by 12:00 pm mountain time 12/23/2005.
