- Amendment No. 3 for RFQ39532 The Government has made several changes to the requirements as currently posted. They are as follows: " A single site visit to our facility is planned for January 10, 2006 at 2:00 PM. This site visit will afford all interested parties the opportunity to view our facility. Please email Rhonda.Fernandez@mms.gov by 2:00 PM, January 9, 2006 if you wish to attend the site visit. " All work shall be completed within six (6) hours of start time " The date for submission of proposals is extended to COB, January 17, 2006. " The period of performance is revised to reflect that contract period is One base year and four (4) options years. The Offeror must submit pricing for the base year and each option year. " In order to have an acceptable proposal, the offeror must provide sufficient information demonstrating the ability to perform all of the requirements identified in the prior FedBizOpps announcement dated November 15, 2005. The Offeror's submission must identify the methods and techniques to be utilized in meeting the Government's requirements for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to request vendors whose written proposals are deemed acceptable, to provide a demonstration of the proposed solution at the MMS facility " The Government reserves the right to make an award with or without discussions " NOTE: The evaluation and subsequent award is based on technically acceptable/lowest price offer. Each proposal, including any requested demonstration shall be evaluated for the ability to satisfy the requirements specified in the initial FedBizOpps announcement dated November 15, 2005, on an acceptable or unacceptable basis. The Government reserves the right to consider as acceptable only those proposals that are submitted in accordance with all requirements set forth or referenced in the initial FedBizOpps announcement dated November 15, 2005. Evaluation criteria form the basis by which the proposals shall be evaluated. The evaluation for this procurement shall be: Award will be made to the single, responsible Offeror whose proposal is the lowest price and technically acceptable.
