Description: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source procurement to Great Circle Institue of Anchorage, Alaska to provide travel and professional related services to ensure a total of 20 Latin American Biologists who are technical experts in their field and geographic area attend the Western Hemisphere Shorebird meeting to be held in Boulder, CO February 27, 2006 through March 2, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for formal proposals and sources are not being sought for this procurement. The Government will not be evaluating any proposals or offers received in response to this announcement. Award will be made 15 days following the date of this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
