Description

The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate with General Electric Medical Systems a sole source contract for PACS Critical Component and Software Support. Contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, materials, tools, documentation and parts required for the inspection, support, and repair of the equipment, software and accessories for equipment located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. Support will be provided by on-site visits or modem. Equipment: 10 DICOM acquisition Servers, 2 DICOM Servers, Enterprise Archive, Centricity Web Server Main ISU V-480 (non clustered), EMC Clarion CX600 w 5 trays up to 149K proc per year, 7TB, EMC Centerra 16 TBYTE, Plasmon Optical Jukebox, Internal System Management Control, Mitra broker, Host admin terminal, ALI ultra pacs, Model 4000 G Cisco catalyst gigabit switch with Fiber modules, 2 Model 2948G Cisco Catalyst 10/100 MB Switches and 56 workstations for software support.
