Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and 15. This is for preventative maintenance/monitoring/repair intrusion/security/ alarm system and ID Media systems for Internal Revenue Service, Fresno Campus at Fresno, CA. Solicitation Number TIRWR-06-R-00002 is being issued as a Request for Proposals. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Oral communications/facsimiles are not acceptable in response to this notice. Period of Performance shall be for one base year, and 4 option years. Base Year: 02/01/2006-9/30/2006. If all four options are unilaterally exercised by the Government, the term of the Contract will end on September 30, 2010. The NAICS is 561621. The approximate total value is $387,500.00. At the time of the award, Disclosure & Privacy Act clauses shall be attached to said order. Proposals due by January 11, 2006.
