Description
Engineering services to support the Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) on Special Operations Aircraft. Support is anticipated for 5 months starting in January 2006. The Government does not have the technical expertise to support this limited effort. The intended source is MTSI, 4725B Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA who has specialized experience on the SIRFC program. Any vendor who feels they have 1) experience in analysis of SOF mission requirements , combined with analysis of emerging electronic warfare(EW) technologies, in the face of current and projected threat capabilities; 2) a detailed working knowledge of special operations tactic techniques and procedures (TTP); 3) extensive experience (more than 5.5 years) in the planning, provisioning and execution of EW developmental testing (DT) for rotary wing aircraft; 4) extensive experience in the planning, provisioning and execution of EW operational testing (OT) for rotary wing aircraft; 5) extensive experience in Tactics Development and Evaluation (TD&E) and publishing of resultant revised TTP; 6) experience in applying lessons learned from DT to OT and OT to TD&E; 7) a detailed knowledge of the theory, design and mechanization, and installation of the specific ARSOA AASE components; 8) extensive experience executing EW tests at the major DoD EW ranges.
