Description: DARPA intends to issue a purchase order to Robert B. Graybill for technical support services relative to the High Productivity Computing Systems (HPCS) Program. As a former HPCS Program Manager, the Contractor possesses an unparalled familiarity with ongoing HPCS activities. He has over six years of experience with all aspects of the HPCS Program. The Contractor?s previous interactions with Phase 2 performers will prove critical as the Program transitions into Phase 3. As a result of this experience, Mr. Graybill is uniquely qualified to provide the required services. This notice is not a solicitation of any kind, nor is it a request for proposals.
