Description
United States Government Seeks Sources for lease of Office and Related Space In Reston, Herndon and Dulles, Virginia REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease an entire building between approximately 75,000 and 110,000 ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet. Space is for office and related use and ?flex? or warehouse buildings will not be considered, as well as buildings that are larger or smaller than the above range. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: Within one mile of route 267 between Hunter Mill Road and Route 28 and within one mile of route 28 between Route 7 and Route 66. LEASE TERM: The proposed rental term shall be for up to ten (10) years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy as early as October 1, 2006, but no later than December 1, 2006. The government reserves the right to accept the space at an earlier date, if the space is determined to be substantially complete. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name, address, and age. 2. Available square footage (ANSI/BOMA Office, rentable and usable). 3. Schedule for completion and occupancy date. 4. Rental rate information quotation per ANSI/BOMA office rentable square feet for five (5) and ten (10) year terms. Each option should have a five (5) year option to renew. 5. Information on project and building ownership.
