Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Marinel Electronics for the purchase of the Trimble R7 Base Kit, a R8 Trimble Rover Kit, CU-Color, 512MB TSCE Controller, and a Radio TM3 Base Unit intends to issue a purchase orderund the authority of FAR 6.302-2 only one responsible source due to urgent and compelling and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive propsals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitatiion in accordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to MacDill AFB, FL. NAICS code is 443112 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001, 5352.9103 and provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification- Commercial Items.
