Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for maintenance and repair of electriconic and hydraulic vehicle gates at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. A contract consisting of a base year and four option years is expected. Work required includes the maintenance, inspection, and repair of approximately 22 vehicle entry gates located at various areas on Offutt AFB, NE. Routine service calls will be required during normal work hours. In addition, emergency service repairs will be required after duty hours. Emergency service repairs will be required on a 24-hour, seven days a week basis. Tentative solicitation date is O/A 15 January 2006. The contract will be 100% small business set-aside with NAICS code 811310 and a size standard of $6 million.
