Description: The VA Medical Center West Palm Beach, Florida has a sole source requirement for the Maintenance and repair of Endosoft Support with UTECH Products, Inc., Albany, NY. A new system is not being sought. This announcement is being made due to the dollar amount of the procurement as required by FAR. The contractor is to provide a Full Service contract for Hardware and software support. Including upgrades support, updates and technical support by telephone, instant dial in support and 24 hour on-site support.
