- This is a standing solicitation (proposals may be submitted at any time) for Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 72, Part II, FURNISHINGS (including Lamps/Lighting Fixtures; Window Treatments (draperies, blinds, shades, accessories, hardware); Coordinating Bedspreads/Comforters; Cubicle Curtains; Wall Art (paintings, photographs, posters); Artificial Trees, Plants, Dried Foliage, & Planters for Indoor use; Other Decorative Wall/Tabletop Accessories; Ancillary Services; and International Fabric). The solicitation will be available on or about 12/20/2005; it includes all current applicable clauses. Contracts will be effective for a 5-year period beginning Date of Award and include an option to extend for three additional 5-year periods. CURRENT CONTRACTS EXPIRING BETWEEN MAY 2006 AND OCTOBER 2006 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR A 5-YEAR EXTENSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE I-FSS-163, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (EVERGREEN) (APR 2000). ADHERENCE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT, SUFFICIENT SALES, PARTICIPATION IN GSA ADVANTAGE, CENTRAL CONTRACTOR?S REGISTRATION (CCR), COMPLETION OF ON-LINE REPRESENTATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS (ORCA), ETC. WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATIONFOR EXTENSION. Certified 8(a) firms can participate in the MAS Program. Submission of products with environmental attributes are encouraged. All items are 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Codes include 313312, 314121, 314129, 225121, 337920, & 339999; size standard for all is 500 employees.
