- The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Atlantic Drydock Corporation, 8500 Heckscher Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32226, a Master Ship Repair Agreement Holder, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302 for the Drydock Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) of the USS GETTYSBURG (CG 64). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22 applies to this procurement.
