Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S3255307A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 333999. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 29 December 2005. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. CLIN 0001- Teel pump and motor, part number 5501-6501. Suction and discharge size 3?. Hydraulic motor-commercial intertech 1 ? HP, 1750 RPM. Or equal. CLIN 0002 ? Labor charges/Installation of Teel pump on a 1993 Ford F-350 Lavitory Service Truck. Truck can be delivered to local vendors in the Little Rock, AR area for installation. Vendors outside local area will require part to be shipped as well as technician to install pump at Little Rock AFB, AR.
