- Description: PLATE AND LINING AS SKURKA ENGINEERING CO P/N 7611A8293-CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 659 each plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin, sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003, any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6105-00-850-7282, 160-day delivery. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
