Description

Solicitation No. 301816Q073 Project consists of: The renovation of the men's and women's restrooms in the visitor center at the Seney National Wildlife Refuge. This includes removing and disposing of the existing wall plaster; ceiling and floor tiles; toilets; urinals; vanities and mirrors; toilet paper, soap and hand towel dispensers; the existing exhaust fan motor; the closet in the women's room; all lighting and any plumbing that is found to be deteriorated during the removal of the restroom fixtures. This project will include installing all new materials and equipment per the plans and specifications provided. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $31 million dollars.
