Description

1.Forklift Rental - Container handler, BJ11032004 Cat Mdl 52, or Equal for 6 months. Forklift must have capacity of 52,000 lbs, diesel engine, heated cab, cab width 11 feet 6 inches, automatic transmission, 2 stage standard mask, side shifter, colla psed height 12 feet. 2. Deliver Forklift to Bldg 804, Fort Richardson, AK, at the beginning of the contract and pick up from Bldg 804 upon contract completion. Delivery date - 16 Dec 05; Pick-up date - 15 Jun 06. 3. Training - train (2) two operators in the proper operation of the particular forklift. Training shall be at least, but will not exceed a two-hour period. 4. Maintenance Services - for forklift provided by vendor to cover the entire rental period to be done at Bldg 804 and in case repairs can not be done a replacement item will be provided until it can be repaired.
