- The United States Army TACOM-ARDEC Non-Lethal/Scaleable Effects Team intends on awarding a sole source contract to FNH USA LLC (Foreign parent is Herstal SA, Liege, Belgium) 1364 Beverly road Suitte 200, McLean, Virginia 21101-3645 for the purchase of the 30 FN303 Less Lethal Launcher, and associated supplies for testing under the Foreign Compartive Testing Program for test evaluation of foreign made nonp-lethal weapons. This will be a sole source firm fixed price contract for this procurement action. The POC is Calvin J Mitchell Jr; AMSTA-AQ- APB, Picatinny Center for Contractingand Commerce, Building 9, Phipps Road, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, email calvin.mitchell4@pica.army.mil.
