Description: The purpose of this Amendment is to change some of the information contained in the original notice as follows: Firms that meet the requirements of this announcement and wish to be considered must submit proposals that consist of three copies of Standard Form 330 "Architect Engineer Qualifications" Parts II and Part I (when applicable).
