Description: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to paint, apply or remove wallpaper, stain wooden doors or frames, and provide protective coverings for interior and exterior walls, floors, ceilings and other areas as directed at various facilities on Dover AFB. For jobs in excess of $2,000.00 the contractor shall provide the Contracting Office with payroll sheets for the respective job.
