Description

Contractor shall replace economizers in Boilers number 3 and number 4 at the Central Heating Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, D.C. The dimensions for each economizer unit are as follows: Length: 32?8-1/4?; Width: 9?8?; Height: 9?1?. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for these services. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation is not set-aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid and so state that they are women-owned. The NAIC Code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about December 16, 2005, and the due date will be on/about January 20, 2006.
